Delivery for in-stock watches will be according to shipment method chosen. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of jewelry items.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund in the same form as the payment, (less shipping and insurance), subject to the following:

1. A return authorization, (RA#), must be obtained by email and displayed on the return shipping label and original invoice of the package.

2. Returns are accepted within ten days of receipt of merchandise by the purchaser. Late returns will be refused.

3. Returned watches must be in NEW, UNUSED, AND UNWORN CONDITION, WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS, UNUSED WARRANTY CARDS, and INSTRUCTION BOOKLETS. NEW and UNUSED means that there may be NO MARKS ON THE WATCH, NOR ANY WEAR ON ANY TAGS (SUCH AS HOLOGRAM OR SHIPPING TAGS) ON THE BACKS OF THE WATCH CASES. We do not sell used watches and will not accept a watch with any indication that the watch was worn.

4. Watches with initial defects, (within 30 days of purchase), may be returned for immediate replacement if the item is in our stock, (email for an RA#). Otherwise the watch may be returned to Citizen under the five year warranty.

Merchandise must be sent Postage Prepaid, UPS Prepaid or Federal Express Prepaid, and Insured for the full purchase price of the merchandise.

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
